All pictures sent to you digitally for you to print are priced as follows:
Any digital print-ready photos can be sent to you for your duplication at $10.00 each for downloads
Shots will be photos as taken and not retouched for color etc. The results of the end printing will be for you and your printer to determine.
Collages or 16″ x 20″ size and larger pictures are for Creative Results printing only and are not available for digital download.
Headshots are done at an initial price of $75 Set-up to come to your location and provide several shots of an individual for personal or business needs. We will shoot at least 10 shots for you. Each photo you choose is $10 per download. The photos will be corrected as needed before download. Additional copies of the download are available for a price of $5 each with no additional adjustments required. All downloads are sent in JPEG format unless specified before the download. If you wish to have the photo in PNG format, there is an additional $5 charge. If you wish to have the previously JPEG photo sent in PNG format later, the previously adjusted photo will be $10. All prints ordered will be according to the print prices above.
Photos put on a USB Thumb Drive for you will be at an additional cost of $50 plus the cost of the Thumb Drive.
You may choose to have a DVD disc done of the entire event for your own printing or duplication. Prices on these will vary but the following rule applies to most photo shoots:
One disc supplied for pictures up to 200 pictures @ $200.00. Picture amounts over 200 would be @ $275.00 each disc. Pictures from the disc would be available for you to use without restriction unless noted by Creative Results, Inc.
We will come to your location to do special events… such as birthdays, graduations, weddings or rehearsal dinners. Our standard travel and event price is $75.00 per hour on the location with a minimum charge of $200.00 as long as it is within 25 miles of the general service area of Myrtle Beach. All other locations are by special quotation. All processing time on photos requested by the client will be done at $25/hour or a total project price as agreed on with the client. All pictures will be posted on the website for your proof and ordering. Special pricing is available to large groups and large photo orders.
These digital files are suitable for duplication but your printer will determine the end result and quality.

Commercial Real Estate Videos and Photos
We will come to your location or the location of the property and shoot a series of pictures, both the inside and the outside, that will be rendered into a walking tour of the property. We can add titles and/or comments on the pictures as you require. Background music can be placed on the video or left blank. The prices of this are as follows:
1. For properties listed under $300,000.00 dollars, we charge $100 at the time of taking the pictures and producing the video. An additional $100 is charged when the property is sold and closed. If for some reason the property is not sold by you, no additional fee will be charged.
2. For properties selling or listed to sell $300,000.00 and over, we charge $150 at the time of taking the pictures and producing the video. An additional $150 is charged when the property is sold and closed. If for some reason the property is not sold by you, no additional fee will be charged.
The property should be ready to shoot once I get to the home or location. If this is a home, please make sure as much clutter is removed or put away before I get there. Any vehicles in the driveway should be removed if possible. All lights should be on in each room in order to give the best appearance for the photos. We do have lights but it always helps to have the rooms as light as possible. Things left on nightstands, dressers, counter tops, stove tops should be put away. The home will show better with less clutter. We do not “remove items” by eliminating on the computer in post editing without extra charge and there is no guarantee that this can be done without noticing the change.
Listing pictures taken of the listing will be $75 to go to the location, take the initial photos, 5 minimum, ready them for MLS and send them resized to you for your placement.
Real Estate Rental Management Photos
We will go to your location on the grandstand and shoot adequate coverage shots of the condo, apartment or home for a fee of $125. The number of photos will vary with the size of the property. Photos will be adjusted for placement in your brochures etc. and will be web ready. PNG files of agents or other things will be at an extra charge. If we work with a company on a regular basis, shooting at least 3 units in the same complex, we will photo the amenities of the complex at no charge. If the relationship with our company continues, we will update these as needed at no charge to you. Others taken on a one-time basis will be billed accordingly.
Commercial Training Videos
All commercial training videos are done on an individual basis and will be quoted as the request is received. Please contact us on the contact page for a free evaluation and price quote.
Commercial Videos of an event where you are instructing and just need the event recorded would be a minimum of $375 for the first hour of video time and $50 per hour after the first hour. This would be video footage edited with an introduction and ending (call to action).
Branding Video – Who are you and what sets you apart?
A normal 1-3 minute video that will be acceptable to be placed on your website or a link provided to send to any of your contacts or clients … $375…this price is based on one location and multi-locations will carry a $25 charge for set-up on each location if within the same shoot time of that day. Multiple shots on different days less than one hour is $100 per set-up. All of this is over and above the normal cost of the video. Video with a personal interview using my person will be an additional $100.
Travel time is billed on a per job basis.
Video time for the 1-3 minute video is one hour. All hours over that will be billed at $50 per hour.
If photos are to be taken and adjusted for further use, a $45.00 fee will apply and any photos with special adjusting or supplied in other formats will be charged on a $10/photo basis. This does not include printing.
All voice over request will be at an additional charge. Quoted at time of video production.
We have the capability to write the script also. This is done on a per video basis and will be quoted at that time.
Weather delays will be not be charged providing we have at least one day (24 hrs.) advance notice of cancellation. Cancellations or revision charges will be at the discretion Creative Results, Inc. and would carry a $25.00 minimum charge.
Revisions to videos per customer request.
All revisions that are caused by the Creative Results, Inc. will be done at no charge. All customer request for change is at $25 per hour, min. one hour charge. All customer requested changes over the first 1/2 hour will be billed at $50 per hour.
